Deciding to buy, although exciting, can be daunting… where do you start, how does it work? Omar can provide all the help and guidance along the way to help make your dream a reality. 

Finding a park

The first step is to find a holiday park with available lodge plots. With beautiful parks in countryside, lakeside and costal locations up and down the country you’ll be spoilt for choice. You may know exactly where you want your lodge to be located, but if you’re not sure, we can put you in contact with parks located in the areas you’re considering. Once you have chosen a park, the park will talk you through what is included and guide you through the buying process.

Choosing your lodge

Next it’s the fun bit… choosing a lodge and layout, and then picking the décor and features that suit your lifestyle. You can sit down with one of our experienced designers at our Head Office in Brandon, Suffolk, or, if you prefer, in the comfort of your own home. The Omar team can even create a bespoke lodge to suit your individual requirements.

Building your lodge

Once you have decided on the detail, a general specification, along with a floor plan and elevation of your lodge is drawn up. This is the exciting bit where your lodge starts to become reality. When this is agreed, it becomes the document used to build your lodge.

Delivering your lodge

Once your lodge has been built, it will be delivered and sited at your chosen park ready for you to start the next chapter of relaxing breaks away… it’s as simple as that!
