Wayne Novell

Wayne originally joined Omar as a production operative in 2001 and has since progressed through a number of key roles including After Sales, Production Supervisor and Production Manager. With a wealth of experience and understanding of all Omar Group production processes, Wayne assumed the role of Director of Production (Brandon) in November 2019.

Reporting to Group Operations Director, Roy Greenacre, Wayne is responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes at the Brandon site run reliably and efficiently and that customer requirements are met with regard to schedule, quality and cost.
