Scott Drew

Scott joined Omar Group in January 2021 assuming the newly created position of Director of Customer Services.

With significant industry and customer care experience, and a history of consistent achievement, Scott joined Omar Group from NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) where he was Head Of Customer Service & Head of site. Prior to that that he held the position of Property and Portfolio Director of Awaze, Europe's leading managed vacation rentals and holiday resorts business.

Responsible for the customer care department, Scott's knowledge and expertise will be well utilised in improving the customer journey, helping to manage aftersales, and introducing new processes and procedures.
