Omar Group Welcome New Retail Sales Manager

Omar Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Claire Tallon as Retail Sales Manager. Claire joined the Omar team on Monday 27th November and is responsible for managing retail leads, making introductions between retail customers and parks, helping customers to specify their new park homes and lodges, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Claire joins Omar from Wynyard Park, a self-sustaining community with its own amenities and homes, where she was Sales Director. With a proven track record in retail and property sales, Claire has a wealth of experience, guiding members of the general public in new home purchases and is focussed on exceeding customer expectations.

Claire commented: “I’m thrilled to join the team at Omar and look forward to working with retail customers, building relationships and helping them to achieve their dream home or lodge. With my experience in self-build housing, I understand what a big decision buying a new home is; for the customer, it’s not just about choosing all the details of their home, making sure it suits their personal preferences, it’s also about their journey, guiding them through the process and making it as stress free as possible.”

Claire’s experience and skills will not only enable us to deliver in this area, but will also mean improved lead conversion rates, to deliver an increasing amount of virtually complete retail sales to our key trade customers.”
